If you’re not a student for its location then it’s not worth

There wete a lot of small issues with thr roperty and maintanese is short on staff Window is leaking, sink is leaking…blinds are also not working. Maintainese guy is great but they rly need to get another ppl in to help. I am tired of reporting issues of the unit

Loved living at Hazel 8

I lived at Hazel 8 for over 2 years and the staff and Maintenance has made living at Hazel 8 a great spot. I would definitely rate them a 10 and would go back to live there. It is close to the school and is safe. Thanks to the staff and maintenance for all you do to make our space great.

Great for Young People

This complex is perfect or students and young professionals. The staff is great and extremely helpful whenever there are any concerns. Having two floors for the two bedroom floor plan affords the apartment a house like feel, really making it comforting.
